Returns policy - Website
Banner Mitre 10 will happily return or exchange goods purchased in any of our stores.
The customer can choose a refund or exchange
- With a receipt from our stores
- If all goods are unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
- If the goods are faulty or has a major problem. This is when the product:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from any sample or description provided
- Doesn’t do what the store said it would, or what the customer asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
All refunds will be provided back in the original tender, i.e. cash as cash & debit/credit cards as Eftpos/credit cards.
Refunds & exchanges cannot be given on the following items
- Any products specifically cut to size at your request
- Tinted paint
If a product is not a stocked line and was specially ordered in for you, if you wish to return it, there will be a restocking fee.
If the product you wish to return was purchased from another Mitre 10 store, not within our group, it is up to the discretion of the store manager if a refund or exchange is possible, but only if the customer has a valid receipt.
